hydrating healthy skin

Healthy skin is always the goal!  Relaxation and calming your nervous system also play a role in how our body responds to stress.  I aim to support both your needs in all of these areas.

Products and procedures used during this treatment included:
Gentle oil and brightening cleansers to cleanse and support skin balance
Gentle massage to relax and invigorate the skin
Gua Sha lymphatic drainage to stimulate the skin and lymphatic system

restoring the skin barrier

When skin is red, irritated, and breaking out, the first priority is to calm inflammation and support the skin barrier. Once the barrier is stronger and more balanced, we can begin to address acne more directly.

This treatment marks the beginning of that process. This takes time, consistency, and a routine tailored to the skin’s needs. A supportive home care regimen was also established to continue this work between treatments.

Products and procedures used during this treatment included:
Gentle oil and calming cleansers to cleanse and support skin balance
An enzyme mask that exfoliates without irritation
A toner that calms and repairs the skin
A few extractions where needed
A deeply hydrating hyaluronic shea mask to calm and hydrate
Hydrating serums to promote healthy skin
Vitamin C and growth factors to support healing and improve tone
Barrier-supporting moisturizer to replenish hydration
